Day 1 · 30–45 minutes
We start by listening
We talk about your concerns and expectations and examine your whole mouth. A panoramic x-ray can be taken the same day if needed.
Oral and Dental Health Centre
At your first visit we examine your whole mouth and talk through a written treatment plan and timeline together. No rush, no surprises.
Every treatment starts with the same question: is there a way to keep this tooth?
InciDent is an oral and dental health centre founded in Levent in 2016. With four specialist dentists, six treatment rooms, our own imaging centre and laboratory, we carry out every stage, from implants to children’s dentistry, under one roof.
At the first visit we examine your whole mouth and review the findings on screen with you. The treatment plan, timeline and fee are given to you in writing; we never ask you to rush a decision.
About our centreEach treatment page lists its duration, number of visits, recovery and frequently asked questions.

Day 1 · 30–45 minutes
We talk about your concerns and expectations and examine your whole mouth. A panoramic x-ray can be taken the same day if needed.

Day 1 · 10 minutes
An intraoral scanner creates a 3D model of your teeth. For most treatments, putty impressions are no longer needed.

Within 1–3 days
We review the options together on the x-ray and scan. The plan, timeline and fee are given to you in writing.

Planned visits
Visits follow the agreed durations. At the start of each one we explain what we will do, and at the end, what comes next.

Every 6 months
We remind you of your check-up. An exam and cleaning every six months keeps the result for years.
The part of surgery I spend the most time on is not the operation itself, it is the plan before it.
Orthodontics is a long road; I want my patients to see where we are at every check-up.
A beautiful smile is one that looks like it has always belonged to the face.
I won’t talk about extraction before we have tried every option to save the tooth.

Daylit treatment rooms, a separate sterilisation room and our own laboratory. Tour the clinic
I thought about veneers for my front teeth for three months. Dr Oral changed the trial twice and did not move to the permanent ones until I said yes. Today nobody can tell they are veneers.
We examine your whole mouth and take a panoramic x-ray if needed. We then go through the findings and options with you and, if you wish, share a written treatment plan and timeline. The first visit takes about 30-45 minutes.
Requests sent during working hours are reviewed the same day; those sent in the evening or at the weekend on the next working day. Our patient coordinator will call you to confirm a suitable day and time. Sending the form is not a confirmed booking.
Local anaesthesia is used for every procedure that needs it, with the aim that you feel nothing during treatment. If you feel anxious about the dentist, mention it on the form or by phone; we plan a longer first visit and explain each step beforehand.
Fees are itemised in the written treatment plan prepared after the examination and any imaging needed. We do not quote exact fees by phone without an examination, as the same treatment can require different steps in each mouth.
The insurers and institutions we work with are listed on the appointment page. We recommend checking your policy’s dental cover with your insurer in advance; we prepare the necessary documents.
