With children the goal is to protect rather than treat. We recommend a first check-up after the first tooth appears, by age one at the latest. At the first visit we meet your child and explore the chair and instruments together before any treatment.

Preventive care

Fluoride varnish, sealants on the molars and brushing practice significantly reduce the risk of decay. Decay in baby teeth is treated in time because it can affect the permanent teeth below.

Step by step

  1. Getting to know

Your child gets used to the chair and instruments.

  2. Check-up

Teeth and jaw development are examined.

  3. Prevention

Fluoride varnish or sealants are applied.

  4. Family guidance

Brushing and diet advice is shared.

Baby teeth fall out anyway, don’t they?
