Founded by a surgeon, grown with a team
Prof. Dr. Nermin Aksoy founded InciDent after twenty years at a university hospital. The aim was simple: to carry out every stage of a patient’s treatment, from imaging to the laboratory, with one team under one roof.
Today we work with four specialist dentists, two hygienists and a laboratory technician. Every case is reviewed by more than one dentist at a weekly meeting; implant and smile design plans in particular are made together.

How we work
Preserve first
We try every way to solve a problem without cutting or extracting a tooth. We do not recommend treatment you don’t need.
A written plan
The treatment plan, timeline and fee are given in writing after the exam. If the plan changes, we talk to you first.
On-time appointments
We keep our schedule light, so you spend your time in the chair, not in the waiting room.
Sterilisation in a separate room, on record
Every instrument goes through a washer-disinfector, is pouched and sterilised in a class B autoclave. Each cycle is logged with a date and number.
Treatment rooms are disinfected after every patient, and our water lines are tested regularly.
