When the nerve becomes inflamed through deep decay, a crack or trauma, root canal treatment is the way to save the tooth. The canals are cleaned, shaped and sealed.
Working with a microscope
We perform root canal treatment under a surgical microscope, which makes extra canals and cracks invisible to the eye detectable. Treatment is usually finished in one visit, sometimes two.
Afterwards
A crown or strong filling is often recommended so the treated tooth does not fracture.
